1Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and lead generation campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Create compelling pitches and presentations for potential clients
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and articulate our services
  • Establish sales processes and metrics for continuous improvement
  • Define and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closing
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

2Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology or consulting (5+ years)
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and high-value contract negotiations
  • Experience in lead generation and sales funnel management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
  • Strong network and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

3Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software sales
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Background in consultative selling approach
  • Understanding of technical concepts to bridge sales and delivery
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • MBA or business-related degree
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • International sales experience
