1Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and lead generation campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Create compelling pitches and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and articulate our services
- Establish sales processes and metrics for continuous improvement
- Define and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closing
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
2Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology or consulting (5+ years)
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and high-value contract negotiations
- Experience in lead generation and sales funnel management
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Strong network and ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
3Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software sales
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Background in consultative selling approach
- Understanding of technical concepts to bridge sales and delivery
- Experience selling to C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- MBA or business-related degree
- Experience in a startup environment
- International sales experience
